I am excited to share with you what I eat, what I don't eat, how I fast each month, and in what way a certain approach to food and rhythm with food is present in all ancient traditions.More than ever, this program will be at the crossroads of spirituality and scientific research.I'll give you practical advice: like everything I eat in a day when I want to feel great.I'll also give you a sense of how to connect food to your mindfulness and self-compassion practice.You will receive replays of the Feb. 3, 10, 16 and Mar 1 classes once you register. To prepare for Valentine's Day, I'm hosting a free Self-Compassion Meditation on February 13 at 12 pm EST. You and your loved ones are welcome! Valentine's Day isn't only about roses and chocolates... it can also be about warmth and gentleness! Loving yourself means loving life. Loving life means loving others. Let's meditate together on the 13th!
Together, we will remember the wisdom in our lineage and release the storylines that no longer serve us today. This program is an invitation to feel grounded, supported, and deeply connected across generations. Come as you are, even if thinking about your ancestors feels intimidating. This is also a self-compassion practice, since every single ancestor is there in your DNA. When we open our hearts to what came before us, we also open our hearts to ourselves.
The day before Mother's Day. Free Meditation at 12 pm EST on Friday, May 8th. We'll gather before Mother's Day to offer your mother the greatest gift: your love, gratitude, and acceptance. By sending compassion to our mothers, we strengthen our connection to all of life. Whether she is around or not, the practice is a gift to her and healing for you. You and the people in your life are invited to this special compassion meditation.
