Colleen holds a BS in Pharmacy and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Rutgers University. She spent ~30 years working at Novartis Pharmaceutical Corporation leading global pharmaceutical development and and crossfunctional teams. Colleen volunteers with the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) and is currently co-chair for the NY/NJ Women in Healthcare (WIH) Give Back regional team. She is married and has two sons and two dogs. In addition to meditating, she loves to travel and hike and has recently started scuba diving with her husband.

Emely graduated with honors in Business Administration and enjoys seeking out new adventures through travel, hiking, and the outdoors. She is an animal lover at heart and spends much of her free time with her dog, Lola, who is rarely far from her side. She also has a passion for photography and videography, enjoying every opportunity to capture the beauty of the places she explores.

Maria holds a master’s degree in linguistics, specializing in Scandinavian languages and literature, from Saint Petersburg State University, as well as a PhD in economics from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics. She spent 12 years working in private equity, where she managed teams and led investor relations initiatives. Maria lives in New York City, raises three children, loves to travel and is a passionate tennis player.

Nick holds a BA in Economics and Technology Information Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He has spent his early career at the crossroads of finance and technology, developing autonomous solutions for improving business processes and utilizing underlying data to make informed decisions. Nick is currently learning to expand his knowledge of the world, himself and focusing on developing joy in other's lives.

Zackary Hirashima holds a B.A. in economics and psychology from Harvard University. He works in business development and growth, where he manages outreach campaigns, client and prospect relationships, CRM workflows, and digital marketing initiatives. He also held leadership roles in Harvard Taekwondo and the Harvard College Japan Initiative. Zackary lives in Long Island and enjoys practicing MMA in his free time.
