We often think of love as a feeling, but it is not so much a feeling as a way of being present. Finding mental ease in relationships is an art — and also a science that requires certain skills. We will build those skills together through the science of the mind and meditation practice.
This retreat will reach all your senses, your intellect, your emotions, and your heart. You’ll immerse in meditation, compassion practice, and awareness practice with ample time for cultural experiences, enjoyment, and getting to know a wonderful group of people.
You are invited to "Strong, Rooted, Connected: Ancestors Fall Meditation Retreat". The goal of the retreat is to help you feel deeply connected to yourself, your practice, your strength, and nature. From there we'll access a deep inner calm and build community. Each day we'll enjoy meditation, compassion, and mindful movement. The focus of the retreat is ancestors practice.
