Ease in Romantic Relationships

We often think of love as a feeling, but it is not so much a feeling as a way of being present. Finding mental ease in relationships is an art — and also a science that requires certain skills. We will build those skills together through the science of the mind and meditation practice.

We often think of love as a feeling, but it is not so much a feeling as a way of being present. Finding mental ease in relationships is an art — and also a science that requires certain skills. We will build those skills together through the science of the mind and meditation practice.

We will explore these questions together:

  • What are the two biggest challenges in relationships, and what meditations can we practice to address them?

  • Why do we feel suffocated in relationships, or why do others feel suffocated by us?

  • When do we feel loved?

  • How does ego show up in romantic relationships?

  • What are the stages that every romantic relationship goes through?

  • How do we refrain from taking on too much in a romantic relationship?

  • Why and when does a relationship become suffocating?
