New session Feb 16. I am excited to share with you what I eat, what I don't eat, how I fast each month, and in what way a certain approach to food and rhythm with food is present in all ancient traditions. More than ever, this program will be at the crossroads of spirituality and scientific research. I'll give you practical advice: like everything I eat in a day when I want to feel great.
